Dakota Fanning walks the red carpet and faces hordes of flashing bulbs to promote her new film – The Secret Life Of Bees – at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Beverly Hills, California.

The Secret Life Of Bees: In 1960s South Carolina, a young white girl (Dakota Fanning) flees her hometown with her black surrogate mother and is taken in by an eccentric trio of beekeeping sisters who introduce the runaway to their secret world.

The Secret Life Of Bees rolls out to theaters on Friday, October 17.
