Community pilot began shooting March 28 and completed shooting April 5.

Meryl Streep’s Julie & Julia – Trailer

Screenwriter and director Nora Ephron’s new summer flick Julie & Julia is based on two true stories intertwining the lives of two women [Julia Child & Julie Powell] who, though separated by time and space, are both at loose ends until they discover that with the right combination of passion, fearlessness and butter, anything is possible. Meryl Streep’s Julia Child and Amy Adams’ Julie Powell rolls into theaters on Friday, August 7th.

Julie & Julia is based on Julie Powell’s book Julie and Julia: 365 Days, 524 Recipes, 1 Tiny Apartment Kitchen and My Life in France by Julia Child with Alex Prud’homm.

Swine Influenza Outbreak: CNN Breaking News

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [CDC] have stated that Swine Influenza’s symptoms are similar to those of other strains of human flu: including fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills and fatigue. And a few patients have reported suffering from diarrhea and vomiting as well.

Bea Arthur Dies @ 86: Thank You For Being A Friend

Maude and The Golden Girls actress Bea Arthur Arthur died today at home in Los Angeles home at the age of 86 years-old and had been battling cancer. Ms. Arthur was born on May 13th of 1922 in New York, New York. She’ll be missed and forever viewed by television fans in syndication of TV land.
