A Nightmare On Elm Street – Trailer

I didn’t expect to get f**king excited over music video-er Sam Bayer’s directorial debut horror film – A Nightmare On Elm Street – but man I was dead wrong. Oscar-nominee Jackie Earle Haley was my only reason for keeping production track of the New Line Cinema and Platinum Dunes re-boot 80s Krueger film; however, after watching Jackie Earle Haley as Freddie Krueger in this kick-arse teaser trailer [below], I’m f**king sold. Enjoy the trailer and the terror on Freddie Krueger‘s face as the towns people turn on him, by burning him and sending him to straight-to-hell.

A Nightmare On Elm Street‘s Freddy Krueger haunting the sub-conscious teenagers’ dreams by killing them in their sleep — will hit theaters on Friday, April 30, 2010. Jackie Earle Haley is repped by Warren Zavala @ Creative Artists Agency (CAA), attorney Todd Rubenstein @ Morris, Yorn, Barnes & Levine and manager Leslie Allan-Rice @ Leslie Allan-Rice Management.
