2009 National Film Registry – 25 Films

The Librarian of Congress James H. Billington selected 25 films including Michael Jackson and director John Landis’s Thriller – first music video – to be preserved as artistic historical treasures into 2009 Library of Congress National Film Registry. The well-deserve 25 films are listed below and you can read the press release @ loc.gov/today/pr/2009/09-250.html.
