Matt Damon @ The Adjustment Bureau

Anthony Mackie and Matt Damon shoot director George J. Nolfi’s The Adjustment Bureau in Brooklyn, New York. God I miss NYC, should’ve being there during Fashion Week. Anyway back to The Adjustment Bureau – the $65,000,000 budgeted-film is based on the short story – Adjustment Team – written by Philip K. Dick and tells the story of Damon’s congressman – on the rise in politics – who meets and falls in love with Emily Blunt’s ballet dancer, only to discover that a group of men with the power to control time and space claim try to keep them apart.

Jeremy Renner @ Kathryn Bigelow’s The Hurt Locker

Director Kathryn Bigelow returns with The Hurt Locker enlisting talented actor Jeremy Renner, whom I’ve kept an eye on since his impressive indie debut as ‘Jeffrey Dahmer’ in Dahmer after his folly performance as ‘Dags’ in National Lampoon’s Senior Trip. And of course, anything by Ms. Bigelow for me is a must-see and The Hurt Locker trailer below has me salivating before its theatrical release date of June 26.

When a new sergeant – Jeremy Renner’s Staff Sgt. William James – takes over a highly trained bomb disposal team amidst violent conflict, he surprises his two subordinates: Anthony Mackie’s Sgt. J.T. Sanborn and Brian Geraghty’s Specialist Owen Eldridge by recklessly plunging them into a deadly game of urban combat. As the men struggle to control their wild new leader, the city explodes into chaos, and James’ true character reveals itself in a way that will change each man forever.
