When the beloved cellist of a world-renowned string quartet is diagnosed with a life threatening illness, the group’s future suddenly hangs in the balance as suppressed emotions, competing egos and uncontrollable passions threaten to derail years of friendship and collaboration. As they are about to play their 25th anniversary concert — quite possibly their last — only their intimate bond and the power of music can preserve their legacy.

Jake Gyllenhaal’s Nailed (In Production)

Oscar nominee Jake Gyllenhaal, Jessica Biel, James Marsden, Catherine Keener, James Brolin and Tracy Morgan are shooting director David O. Russell’s Nailed on location in United States.

Synopsis: A small-town receptionist has a nail accidentally shot into her head by a clumsy workman, eliciting wild sexual urges. The uninsured woman goes on a crusade to Washington to fight for the rights of the bizarrely injured. She meets an immoral congressman who takes advantage of her sex drive and capitalizes on her crusade.
