A look at the life of Eugene Allen, who served eight presidents as the White House’s head butler from 1952 to 1986, and had a unique front-row seat as political and racial history was made.

The film is inspired and based on Wil Haygood’s Washington Post article about a black man — Eugene Allen — who served as White House butler under eight presidents for over thirty years.

The Warner Brothers release Where the Wild Things Are trailer, and the film is directed by Spike Jonze and based on Maurice Sendak’s children book.

Where the Wild Things Are is about the adventures of a young boy named Max who, after being sent to bed for misbehaving, imagines that he sails away to where the wild things are. Max is loved by the wild creatures who make him their King, though he soon longs to be back home with his family.

The Warner Brothers Pictures release the first look pix of Where the Wild Things Are directed by Spike Jonze and based on Maurice Sendak’s 1963 children storybook.
