Cirque du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant – Trailer

Director Paul Weitz’s Cirque du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant – based on the popular children’s book series by author Darren Shan – release kick arse 1st look trailer. Cirque du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant shadow creeps into theaters on Friday, October 23. Check out First Showing’s embed video below –

In Cirque du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant, a boy unknowingly breaks a 200-year-old truce between two warring factions of vampires. Pulled into a fantastic life of misunderstood sideshow freaks and grotesque creatures of the night, one teen will vanish from the safety of a boring existence and fulfill his destiny in a place drawn from nightmares. 14-year-old Darren was like most kids in his suburban neighborhood. He hung out with his best friend, got decent grades and usually stayed out of trouble. But when he and his buddy stumble upon a traveling freak show, things begin to change inside Darren. That’s the exact moment when a vampire named Larten Crepsley turns him into something, well, bloodthirsty.

Paul Weitz is repped by George Freeman, Danny Gabai, David Lubliner and David Wirtschafter @ WME Entertainment and attorney Alex Kohner @ Morris, Yorn, Barnes & Levine.

Director Shane Acker’s 9 – Trailer

Elijah Wood, Jennifer Connelly, Crispin Glover, Martin Landau, John C Reilly and Christopher Plummer star in Director Shane Acker’s animated film – 9, a post apocalyptic fantasy nightmare in which humanity’s legacy is threatened. Takes place in a parallel universe, where a race of oppressed rag dolls fights for survival.

9 hits theaters on September 9th of 2009. Shane Acker is repped by Robert Lazar @ International Creative Management.
