Rob Marshall’s Nine – 1st Look Trailer

The honchos @ Weinstein Company have released the first look trailer for Chicago director Rob Marshall’s Nine. The film is inspired by Fellini film 8½ – story focuses on a film director stuck in neutral as he tries to make a movie while haunted by the demands of all the women in his life, including a wife, mistress and even his deceased mother.

Nine hits theaters nationwide on Friday, November 25. Robert Marshall is repped by Kevin Huvane @ Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and attorneys Michael Gendler and Kevin Kelly @ Gendler & Kelly, APC. He’s also a partner @ Lucamar Productions.

Nicole Kidman shoots her driving scenes with Daniel Day Lewis on the set of Director Rob Marshall’s Nine on location in Rome, Italy. The $80 million budget film co-stars Penélope Cruz, Marion Cotillard, Sophia Loren, Judi Dench, Kate Hudson, Fergie, Ricky Tognazzi, Giuseppe Cederna, Valerio Mastandrea and Martina Stella. The film is based on the Tony award winning musical Nine from a book by Arthur Kopit with music and lyrics by Maury Yeston.

Nine hits theaters on November 25.

Quantum of Solace – Bond 22 Trailer

Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios (MGM) released Marc Forster’s Quantum of Solace (B22) trailer depicting James Bond infiltrating a drug ring that is flooding Britain with heroin. Enjoy!

The B22 flick hits theaters on November 7th of 2008.

Synopsis: Betrayed by Vesper, the woman he loved, 007 fights the urge to make his latest mission personal. Pursuing his determination to uncover the truth, James Bond and M interrogate Mr. White who reveals the organization which blackmailed Vesper is far more complex and dangerous than anyone had imagined. Forensic intelligence links an Mi6 traitor to a bank account in Haiti where a case of mistaken identity introduces Bond to the beautiful but feisty Camille, a woman who has her own vendetta. Camille leads Bond straight to Dominic Greene, a ruthless business man and major force within the mysterious organization. On a mission that leads him to Austria, Italy and South America, Bond discovers that Greene, conspiring to take total control of one of the world’s most important natural resources, is forging a deal with the exiled General Medrano. Using his associates in the organization, and manipulating his powerful contacts within the CIA and the British government, Greene promises to overthrow the existing regime in a Latin American country, giving the General control of the country in exchange for a seemingly barren piece of land. Director Marc Forster’s Quantum of Solace new trailer – 22nd James Bond film (B22) – will hit the net on Monday, June 30. The 1 minute 51 seconds trailer will debut on AOL.com (domestic) and MSN.com (international) Monday morning from Noon – 2 p.m. Easter Time (9:00am – 11:00am Pacific Time). It’ll be dubbed or subtitled in 13 languages.
