Weeds Season 5: 2009-2010 Episodes – Trailer

The new episodes of Weeds starts next month and Showtime has released a new trailer of Season 5, with guest star Alanis Morrissette as an obstetrician. Weeds Season 5 begins on Monday, June 08.

Weeds is about Parker’s widowed suburban mother – Nancy Botwin – determinedly keeping up appearances in her idyllic community, where residents remain oblivious to the fact that Botwin’s the source of the high-quality marijuana that’s suddenly flooded the community. Mary-Louise Parker is repped by Scott Henderson @ William Morris Agency.

The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford is based on Ron Hansen’s novel.

Synopsis: An action western surrounding the private life and public exploits of America’s most notorious outlaw, Jesse James. As the charismatic and unpredictable outlaw plans his next great robbery, he wages war on his enemies, who are trying to collect the reward money–and the glory–that is riding on his capture. However, the greatest threat to Jesse’s life may ultimately come from those he trusts the most.
