Orlando Bloom came out to support and party at NYC’s rooftop of the Plaza Hotel to watch the lighting of Burberry’s 50-foot logo on top of its new Americas Headquarters on Madison Avenue. The Burberry Foundation made a $500,000 commitment to the Robin Hood Foundation to support public education and job training in New York City.

On location, Orlando Bloom talks on the phone between crew set-up on actor Mark Ruffalo’s directorial debut of Sympathy for Delicious, and Bloom replaced James Franco when he withdrew from the shoot. The $3,000,000 Sympathy for Delicious is a film about a paralyzed DJ, struggling to survive on the streets of Los Angeles, then turns to faith healing and mysteriously develops the ability to cure the sick–although not himself. The film started filming on Tuesday and ends on the 25th of March.

Browen Hughes’ The Journey: Based on the life of Dan Eldon, the twenty two year old photojournalist who travelled around the world taking amazing photographs and was stoned to death by a Somalian mob during a US military attack.

Tim Blake Nelson’s Seasons of Dust: A farm girl has her world turned upside-down when her father abruptly leaves.
