Michael Cera @ Year One – Trailer

Jack Black and Michael Cera star in director Harold Ramis, writers Gene Stupnitsky and Lee Eisenberg, and producer Judd Apatow’s biblical comedy – Year One, a couple of lazy hunter-gatherers are banished from their primitive village, and they set off on an epic journey through the ancient world. It looks funny, check out the trailer below.

Coachella Music Festival: 2009 Line-up

The Coachella Music Festival announced its Friday April 17- Sunday April 19 musical line-up which includes The Cure, Lupe Fiasco, The Killers, Paul McCartney, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Leonard Cohen, The Black Keys, TV on the Radio, Franz Ferdinand, Silversun Pickups and Thievery Corporation.

Orlando Bloom @ Sympathy For Delicious

On location, Orlando Bloom talks on the phone between crew set-up on actor Mark Ruffalo’s directorial debut of Sympathy for Delicious, and Bloom replaced James Franco when he withdrew from the shoot. The $3,000,000 Sympathy for Delicious is a film about a paralyzed DJ, struggling to survive on the streets of Los Angeles, then turns to faith healing and mysteriously develops the ability to cure the sick–although not himself. The film started filming on Tuesday and ends on the 25th of March.

Madonna’s phenomenally successful ‘Sticky & Sweet Tour’, already the #1 Biggest Grossing Tour in history for a solo artist, will embark on another series of shows beginning July 4th in London. Stops will include appearances in never before played markets such as Werchter Belgium, Marseille France, Hamburg Germany, Oslo Norway, Helsinki Finland, Tallinn Estonia, Ljubljana Slovenia as well as stops in Romania, Hungary, Serbia and Bulgaria it was confirmed today by Live Nation. Additional appearances by Madonna will include return visits after more than 15 years to Madrid, Gothenburg and Munich.

“This is a first for me. I’ve never extended a tour before. I’m excited to be going back on the road, visiting places I’ve never been and returning to places I love” commented Madonna about the new run of dates.

In 2008, the ‘Sticky & Sweet Tour’ was seen by 2,350,285 fans in 58 cities. With record breaking ticket sales everywhere, including 650,000 tickets sold in her series of South American dates, 72,000 tickets at Zurich’s Dübendorf Airfield – the largest audience ever assembled for a show in Switzerland, 75,000 tickets in London and four sell outs in New York’s Madison Square Garden (60,364 tickets).

Reserve Result (RR) was invited to the 3rd Annual Sheldon Epps Theatrical Diversity Project Celebration at the Pasadena Playhouse for a special performance of Stormy Weather celebrating Lena Horne, starring Leslie Uggams, honoring Brenda Galloway and hosted by Angela Bassett and Courtney B. Vance with special guest Gabrielle Union. I was limited on my Lena Horne biography but soon learn about her tumultuous life in this excellent play and performances by Lesile Uggams, Dee Hoty, Nikki Crawford, Phillip Attmore, Yvette Cason, Cleavant Derricks, Wilkie Ferguson, Robert Torti, Dain Vincent and Toni Trucks.
